Who's That Chick?

I think it's safe to say that Rihanna's latest studio album will be taking an electro-pop sound.. you know kinda like the kids from across the pond lol. I think this type of pop sound is becoming more popular over here anyways, so I wouldn't be surprised if Loud sells good, even if she JUST released Rated R less than 1 year ago. Lots of artists don't release albums back to back like that.. not many at least, I guess there's an abundance of material that Rih-Rih wants us to hear huh?

Well, I'm just starting to like 'Only Girl (In The World)' [my 1st listen was kind of 'meh'], but I think 'Who's That Chick' is too, even though I only watched the video twice. It's not bad, and I actually wanna hear more of this new cd to come.. unless its all garbage *blah.

*btw, I'm sort of a Rihanna fan. #dontjudgeme lol. Maybe not a stan, but I like her style alot, even though I have disagreed with some things.

iThink there was TOO much hype surrounding the premier of Rihanna's new video for her latest single, Rude Boy.... WAY too much hype

iThought i'd just post this vid, bcuz my friend Baby Girl reminded today of how much iLove her style! She saw Rih Rih's neew vid before i [since iMissed the premiere by 1/2 a min!/ she said she look'd good in the vid. i'm about to see exactly how fly Rih was....

-ok i'm lovin the white jacket. [yes]

-not feelin her makeup where she's wearin the helmet... that dirty/rough look just isnt lookin good on her

-and why wldnt we like the spiked dress?

-when iSaw the preview for the vid, iClda swore Rihanna was wearin pasties... seems like she wasnt so bold that time

so iWas on concreteloop today, and saw their lil post on CB @ the Wendy Willams show today, and ppl were just commenting left n rite. one comment(s) iLiked/Read was:

But its not like she REPEATEDLY Like most domestic violence vtictims continuiously appeared on tv with her faced damn near knocked off. my opinions on this whole incident since Rihanna had her interview on 20/20 is that she isnt telling the whole truth.

i'm not saying that CB is rite for beating her, bcuz it definitely did not have to escalate to that. He was outright wrong for that. but you cant tell me that you allowed him to be hitting you, choke holding you and you didnt do NOTHING back to defend yourself! damn, you really were/are a fool for love OR an idiot OR youre lying! esp since she comes from a previously abusive family, iFind it hard to believe that she NEVER did anything back to CB, c'mon son! AND iRead an article that says police reports state Rihanna as the 1st one to strike a blow....

and then on top of that, cosigning with that 1st concreteloop comment, she wanna start actin all hard [ie 'Hard' song w/ young jeezy, 'G4L' (ie gangsta 4 life.. smh) and all her new music] and in subtle ways, the gun tattoos. in the music however iDo sense her pain that is still there [as well as in CB's music], and whatnot, but still. AND THEN she gets like domestic violence award or whatever, so is she supposed to be the new face of relationship abuse? iThink, personally, that this new image she's takin on is NOT what those in abusive relationships really need to be lookin up to...

but once again, in reference to one of those comments above, Rihanna, or CB, dont owe any of us an explanation or anything rite? But honestly iThink i'd really like to hear the truth from beginning to end, cuz idk whats goin on w/ this story, yet i'm tired of it.

iDecided to put out a poll, to find out exactly who is lovin this look, and who thinks some folks are looking for attn....

my personal opinion. amber rose "started" it, even though it's been a style for who knows how long [just not a popular style] then came cassie w/ the one side of her noggin. who's cut did iLike best? i'm gonna go with lala vasquez. hers wasn't too flashy, but it was cute, something that can be covered well, in case piece of bald head isnt look she may go for on any given day. iThought rihanna's was the worst. vogue photoshoot or not, that's what we have lace wigs for! [did the stylist @ vogue not watch that season of top model when they had the bald head shots?!?!?!] and although solange rocked a real low cut when she was preggers, iDont think she shlda brought the look back. at least, not like that [looks like when my lil'est bro doesnt comb his hair!] but everyone's entitled to their own opinion, right? [i'm having trouble putting the poll in this post, so just comment for now...]
